Understanding that each situation is unique and the impact on divorce can vary, this class focuses on steps parents can take to help their child(ren) feel secure during this time. Topics include: How to know what is best for your child; communicating with the other parent; reducing stress; dealing with rules at the other parent’s house; and resources to help with a variety of challenges.
